	We offer a DEBT COLLECTION program for delinquent accounts in which the responsible parties have disputed the debt or ignored previous collection attempts. Our services combine all traditional collection techniques, such as demand letters, telephone contact, skip tracing, litigation, and foreclosures, together with advanced technologies and extensive resources to create an effective client service program. Our BANKRUPTCY SERVICES include collection of accounts through the Bankruptcy Court and representation of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. We prepare, file and monitor claims in the bankruptcy courts for creditors. We also represent creditors in most consumer bankruptcy proceedings such as motions for relief from the automatic stay, first meetings of creditors, objections to confirmation, non-dischargeablity complaints, motions to dismiss and defense of trustee avoidance actions. Our LITIGATION SERVICES include representation of creditors in law suits concerning business disputes. These actions include complaints for recovery of collateral, breach of contract suits, lien avoidance claims and general litigation concerning financial transactions. The firm also handles defense of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act claims.
